Browser Requirements

Supported Browsers (Windows)

Your web browser must be either:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.
  • Netscape 7.0 or higher.
  • Mozilla 1.3 or higher.
  • Mozilla Firefox 0.8 or higher.

Supported Browsers (Mac)

Your web browser must be either:

  • Netscape 7.0 or higher.
  • Camino 0.8 or higher.
  • Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or higher.
  • Safari 1.3.2 or higher (Autofill Web Forms must be disabled).

Encryption

Your web browser must support 128-bit encryption. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer for Windows, click the Help menu and then About Internet Explorer. The "Cipher Strength" will be listed.

Cookies

A web browser feature called "Cookies" must be enabled.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher for Windows, follow these steps to enable cookies:

  • Click the Tools menu and then Internet Options.
  • Click the Security tab and click the Default Level button.
  • Click the Privacy tab and then click the Default button.
  • Click the OK button at the bottom of the screen.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox for Windows, follow these steps to enable cookies:

  • Click the Tools menu and then Options.
  • Click Privacy in the left menu.
  • Click the plus sign next to Cookies to expand the section.
  • Click the check box beside Allow sites to set cookies.
  • In the Keep Cookies box, choose Until they expire.
  • Click the OK button at the bottom of the screen.

If your system uses F-Secure Internet Security, follow these steps to enable cookies:

  • Right click the F-SECURE icon located in the system tray (the system tray is typically located in bottom right corner of your screen)
  • Click Open from the menu.
  • Click Advanced and select Virus & Spy Protection. The current virus and spy protection settings are displayed.
  • Click Change to modify the settings, click Custom and then click Ok.
  • From the left menu select Real Time Scanning, de-select the Block Tracking Cookie item. Click Ok.
  • Close the F-SECURE configuration window.

JavaScript

Another web browser feature called "JavaScript" must be enabled.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher for Windows, follow these steps to enable JavaScript:

  • Click the Tools menu and then Internet Options.
  • Click the Advanced tab and click the Restore Defaults button.
  • Click the OK button at the bottom of the screen.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox for Windows, follow these steps to enable JavaScript:

  • Click the Tools menu and then Options.
  • Click Web Features in the left menu.
  • If Enable Java is not checked, click the check box beside it.
  • If Enable JavaScript is not checked, click the check box beside it.
  • Click the OK button at the bottom of the screen.

Page Caching

Make sure the latest Telpay Online web pages are available for you. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer for Windows, follow these steps:

  • Click the Tools menu and then Internet Options.
  • Click the Settings button in the Temporary Internet Files section.
  • Change the Check for newer versions of stored pages setting to Every time you start Internet Explorer.
  • Click the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
