When filling out the Application Form you should have the following information available:

• Your Business Number (BN) (note that this is the first 9 digits of your GST registration number; for charities, it is the first 9 digits of your charitable registration number; for businesses in Quebec be sure to use your 9-digit CRA number, not the 10-digit NEQ)
• Your Bank Account Number (note that this should be your chequing account)
• Names, email addresses and phone numbers of your signing officers
• The name, email address and phone number(s) of your contact persons
• Senior Company Officer (must be a signing officer)

Note: On completion of the application you will be asked to print a copy and have it signed by your signing officer(s) and forwarded to Telpay. This is a requirement of the Canadian Payments Association. It is important that this be done as quickly as possible.
