Primary Account Selection

Your Primary account is the default banking account. The current balance of your Primary account is shown on the bottom of all banking screens. Bills you pay online will be debited from this account, unless your override this default with another selection at the time of payment.

The Bank Setup screen lists the valid choices for the Primary Account. Select the desired Primary Account and click to set it.

The Primary Account can also be set when you pay a bill on the Pay Bills screen. Select the desired debit account and check the box "Set as default account for future payments".

Important: If you have future dated payments which are still pending, the account that will be debited on the due date will be the Primary Account that was in effect at the time you entered the payment. You can view or cancel future dated payments by going to the Bills screen and then clicking the Pending Payments tab.


PIN Change

To change your banking PIN, enter your current PIN and then your New PIN twice. Click to submit the PIN change. Your PIN change will be confirmed.

Your PIN must be numeric (all digits) and must be between 4 and 8 digits in length.
